Eminem lending a lawyer?The two time ex of Eminem, Kim Mather's, twin sister Dawn is in police custody following a parental kidnapping complaint.

Dawn and her 7 year old son were spotted at a gas station in Detroit last week, following the complaint placed by Kim on December 26th.

She fled when police approached her, leaving the boy at the car. She was caught soon after and held at Macomb County on probation violation charges.

The boy is now in the care of Kim Mathers, who is his legal guardian.

Dawn now finds herself in desparate need of a good criminal defense attorney. Maybe she can get Em to float her a low interest credit card, or even let her use his criminal defense attorney.
